A federal judge in New Hampshire has blocked The Trump administration to enforce its executive order on the citizenship of birth law.
The American district judge Joseph Laplante certified a challenge on Thursday by the American Union of Civil Liberties as a collective claim and granted a preliminary judicial order.
Judge Laplante’s ruling occurs after the Supreme Court reduced the judge’s ability to issue cautious throughout the country, but left an open door for the challenges to seek relief by presenting class action demands.
The demand, which was filed last month in New Hampshire, was presented in the name of pregnant immigrants, two immigrant parents and their babies.
“This ruling is a great victory and will help protect the citizenship of all children born in the United States, as the Constitution intended,” said Cody Wofsy, deputy director of the Immigrant Rights Project of the ACLU, who argued the case. “We are struggling to ensure that President Trump did not trample the citizenship rights of a single child.”

The order of Judge Laplante includes a seven -day stay to allow the Trump APEL administration.
