The suspicious gunfire of Minnesota began as a frustrated idealist, his writing show

Vance Boelter was worried about social problems and how he could fix them to serve the greatest good, according to some of his previous writings and the man who worked with Boelter for more than a decade making a web design for a series of his projects.

Before supposedly carrying out a “political murder” on Saturday, Boelter was “clearly very religious, very passionate” and “devout and sincere in her beliefs,” said Charlie Kalech, CEO of the web design firm J-Town, commissioned by Boelter. Boelter is accused of killing the State Democratic representative of Minnesota Melissa Hortman and her husband, Mark, and hurting the state -owned Democratic Senator John Hoffman and his wife. Supposedly posing as a police officer during the weekend of Father’s Day, the authorities said Boelter “fired them in cold blood” in an alleged uproar of the morning that launched a two -day human hunt.

However, in the previous years, Boelter looked like a great worker who struggled to make his ideas real and sometimes struggling to reach the end of the month. His fervent personality was enraged with great ideas and with civic mentality about how to “make the world a better place,” Kalech said. In the professional relationship they had, Boelter was clearly “idealistic.”

“I think I sincerely believed in the projects we worked on, which I was acting for the greater good,” Kalech told ABC News. “Certainly I never had the impression that he looked at himself as a Savior. He simply considered himself an intelligent guy who discovered the solution to problems, and is not so difficult, so we do it. As a person from calls to action.”

Most of those large -scale projects never came to fruition, and the last time Kalech said he had contact with Boelter was May 2022. But in the planning of PowerPoint documents and presentations shared with ABC News, which Kalech said that Boelter wrote for the web design, Boelter detailed the long proposals that expressed frustrations with what he saw as a time he could not suffer to be stopped. Some of these projects were also swept, to the point of Quijotic, even for the deepest entrepreneur.

Boelter first communicated with Kalech’s firm for a book he had written, “Revoformation”, which Kalech took as a combination between “revolution” and “reform.” It is also the name of the Ministry that Boelter had tried once to take off, according to the tax forms of the organization.

Kalech recalled that Boelter chose his firm for work because they are based on Jerusalem, and wanted to support Israel.

Boelter’s interest in the impact of religion in society is reflected in a “revormation” powerpoint that Kalech said that Boelter gave him, on September 2017.

“I am very worried that leadership in the United States is slowly turning against Israel because we are losing our Jewish / Christian foundations that were [sic] Once very strong, “the presentation said.” I think that if Christians are united and the people who lead this review are a blessing for Israel that it will be good for Israel and the United States “

Over the years, Boelter would come with what seemed to be exponentially ambitious efforts, Kalech said: “What I wanted to assume, I think, could have been bigger.”

Boelter wanted to end American hunger, according to PowerPoint from another project. And although the idea would require massive changes in current laws and food regulation, it seemed that Boelter ruled out as survey if only elected officials could rise on board.

“American Hunger is not a problem of food availability,” the presentation said. “American Hunger is a tool that has been used to manipulate and control a large number of Americans [sic]with the highest percentage of color people. This tool can and must be broken now, and future generations will be considered intentional criminal negligence as an intentional criminal negligence. “

The last project that Kalech said that Boelter wanted to involve him in a multifaceted collection of corporations to help start and expansion companies in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, all under the umbrella “Red Lion Group”.

The planning document of more than 6,000 words for the project described ideas for what Red Lion Group offered: which will vary widely from “security services” to agricultural and weapons manufacturing sectors, medical supplies, investment services, martial arts, oil and gas and waste management. Red Lion would also serve in media spaces: with “Congowood” Productions “to be what Hollywood is for American films and what Bollywood is for Indian films.”

Boelter had to have a minority property of 49% of the group, with a commercial partner that has 51%.

“What Africa, the Red León, really did not get into that, because it became quite evident very soon that it did not have the funds to move forward,” Kalech said, at least, in regards to his web design services.

“I was interested in doing good,” Kalech said. “But moderation in all things, and when good becomes extreme, it actually becomes bad,” and added that hurting anyone crosses a “red line.”
