A fan was hospitalized on Wednesday night after falling from the stands of the right garden to the field during the seventh entry of the Pirates-Cubs game in PNC Park.
According to a Pittsburgh Pirates statement, the adult man was immediately treated by Pittsburgh EMS, as well as sports coaches and PNC Park staff. He was then transported to the Allegheny General Hospital.
No updates on the fan condition have been released.

“Our thoughts and prayers are with him and his family,” the team said in a statement.
The incident briefly stopped the game when emergency teams responded.
